REQUEST A COLLECTION DRIVE

FAQ

Get in touch with us at info@missionforrecovery.us if you can't find the answer to your question.

Clothes, towels, linens, shoes, bags, belts, purses, backpacks, small toys, appliances and furnitures are received on Community Collection Days.

Bigger items can be taken though you need to scale the request through your Community Manager.

Community Collection Drive confirmations can take up to two working days.

You (and your community) will receive a notice of your scheduled Collection Drive day through your Community Manager or Community Engagement Executive

Round up all the clothes, shoes, bags, belts, purses, backpacks, small toys, appliances and furnitures you want removed.

BAG UP all the clothes, shoes, belts, purses, backpacks and soft toys (bags can be plastic or reusable, up to you)

BOX UP all hard toys, small appliances and furnitures in boxes (boxes can be carton or plastic, up to you)

You CAN bring small appliances, toys and furniture that don't fit in boxes. A good rule of thumb for slightly bigger items is that you can bring them to the Community Collection Drive as long as a single person can carry them.

Please contact your Community Manager if you need bigger items like furniture removed

That's Ok. We're here to help you out.

Just make sure they do not leak, have liquid stains or smelly  "surprises".

Please do not bring any biohazards or dangerous items (e.g. leaking batteries, broken hard toys or glass)
